She inherits his old cabin in the Colorado Rockies, and just when she thinks her luck couldn’t get any worse, she has a car accident in the mountains and awakens in the small, remote community of Black River.

Soon, she’s engulfed in the mystical world of Varulv---wolves descended from 13th century Scandinavia and blessed by Norse gods with the ability to appear human. Paige is desperate to return home, but never expects to fall for her rescuer, Riley Gray, a charming young werewolf from England who offers her an alternate future with his pack.

Now, she must choose between the career she’s always wanted and the love she’s always dreamed

Yumminess In Wolves Clothing!!

I love shifter books, there's something raw, and gritty about them that make me all kinds of happy! It's the primal feelings that only an animal can seem to have. They're nothing like a other paranormal creatures, shifters are basically Kicker's of Ass & Taker's of Names!

Sucked in, from page UNO!! Mysterious little towns, a female lead with her head on right (seriously how often do you come across that??), and of course more mystery! I think that it was not only Paige and her fantastic personailty, but Riley was able to pull me into the book...just a little...

With all jokes aside, Riley was a mountain of hotness, topped with a fantastic accent! The passion between these two was unreal. It never seemed forced, or like the author was trying to hard to sell it. With all the issues that seemed to arise with this couple, there were always times when I knew things would work out the way they did.

One of the things that really drew me into this book was how illustrative the author was able to get with details. I felt like this small hole in the wall town was right before my eyes, sometimes it's hard to create that without running on, and on, and on....but April was able to cast this magically spell in my mind and made this story come to life.
